MONITOR
Long Term Issues

Monitor
The final phase, Monitor, focuses on preventing mould reoccurrence. Ongoing monitoring is essential for maintaining healthy indoor air quality.
In the absence of an identifiable moisture source or if there is a possibility of condensation issues, remote monitoring of ambient conditions will provide the data to help identify the moisture issue.
The monitoring stage may lead to further investigation/surveys of the heating and ventilation conditions within the property that may be contributing to condensation issues.
MONITORING is the fifth stage of CIRV-M
Regular assessments, scheduled based on the severity of the initial mould issue, ensure that any potential triggers for mould growth are identified and addressed promptly. This proactive approach minimizes the risk of future problems.
The monitoring process involves installing sensors and devices that measure and record the indoor environment’s temperature and relative humidity levels.
The data can be accessed and analysed remotely through web-based platforms and apps.

Further Testing
If condensation issues are suspected, further testing will confirm the moisture source.

Remote Monitoring
Data collection and analysis can provide valuable insights into environmental conditions.
