VERIFICATION
Efficacy of the Remediation

Verify
The Post-Remedial Verification phase is crucial to ensure that the removal and remediation efforts have been effective. CIRV-M strongly emphasises post-remediation verification, utilising advanced testing methodologies to confirm that mould removal or remediation has been successfully completed.
It is during the verification stage that any concerns brought to light during the removal and remediation stage can be addressed.
Unless DNA analysis is required, a system such as the Mycometer Mould Testing System will provide rapid results, allowing reinstatement or further remediation work if required.
VERIFICATION is the fourth stage of CIRV-M
The Mycometer system, known for its accuracy and reliability, is often employed during the verification phase. This system provides a quantitative measure of the remaining mould, clearly indicating the remediation’s success. This emphasis on verification ensures that the property has not only been treated but treated effectively.
Accurate verification will help to measure the success of the remediation process, providing feedback, and facilitating adjustments to the process if required.
If there are specific health concerns, or other extraeneous circumstances where DNA analysis may be required, other testing systems are available.

PRV
Post-Remediation Verification is an essential part of the mould treatment process.

DNA Analysis
In more complex cases laboratory analysis can be employed.
